Mi Gober Precioso

When a corrupt governor is abducted, his wily assistant finds a look-alike homeless man and puts him into the role with hopes that no one would discover the switch. Unexpectedly, the homeless man fills the governor's shoes quite well, and even begins to undo many of the real official's dishonest deeds. The government begins to thrive under the "new" leader's influence, but everything is thrown into chaos when the abducted governor's body resurfaces.
